"Monk Jumps Over the Wall" at the Golden Lotus restaurant. A complex soup making use of many ingredients including scallops, sea cucumber, abalone, Chicken , Shitake mushroom and Chinese spices and herbs , requiring one or two days to create. Only Rp. 175.000net/bowl ( including a bowl of rice ) The name of the dish reflects the appeal of soup. It said to be so enticing that even a vegetarian monk (Buddha) himself could not restrain himself and would sneak out of the monastery to steal a taste. |
